Print Control
MacPrefect includes a component that allows you to control the printing capabilities of a user.
By using the Print Control Tool you can prevent all printing activities by a user. If this is a little too harsh then you can set a limit to the number of copies of a document that a user can print.
You can also display a message when a user tries to print, thereby informing them that they cannot print at all or that they can only print a certain number of copies of that document.
