WatchIT Xi is the latest version of the powerful time monitoring and billing software solution, providing complete compatibility with Mac OS X from Mac OS X 10.2.4 to Mac OS X 10.5.x, including Intel Macs.

WatchIT gives you the power to collect, process and analyze information on time spent on one or more Macintosh computers, all from a single machine. WatchIT Xi also functions seamlessly with WatchIT 2.0 for pre- Mac OS X computers, which works over IP and is compatible with WatchIT Xi. This compatibility enables centralized and integrated reporting for all Macintosh clients on a network.

WatchIT Installer

WatchIT makes sure that every minute is automatically recorded and accounted for, without the need for user input, and organized into configurable and detailed reports.

Timesheets use standard file formats, which may be exported from WatchIT for import into other applications if required.

Confgure WatchIT

WatchIT works automatically, so the user does not have to enter any information to 'start' or 'stop' assignments, leaving them to concentrate on their job without distraction. It can work on a single machine, or it can be used to collect information from across any number of networked computers from a designated machine.

WatchIT intelligently monitors the names of the windows on which you work, assigning time accordingly against a particular job number, client name or code. As a result of knowing exactly which window the user is working in, and when, WatchIT can deliver an exact record to the data collector and report sheet. WatchIT even has a 'paused time' setting, which accounts for any 'idle' time that might be spent away from the job and can be manually assigned to the appropriate place.

WatchIT includes a report generator which provides the ability to save reports and standard report criteria; create new reports from derived reports; Undo and Redo commands; fast shortcuts; and much more.
